The challenge

Stunning product, inconsistent presence. The content didn't communicate the price point, the occasion, or the craft, so the brand was competing on cravings instead of selling an experience.

Rebuilt the visual language around restraint, texture and ritual, slow cinematic product moments, considered styling, and a caption voice that reads like a luxury house. Repositioned dessert as a destination for celebration.

The challenge

What we did

Rebuilt the feed in 12 weeks. We seeded the product with influencers and mixed three pillars, viral-led content, founder content and education, then sharpened the messaging and re-tailored everything toward clear calls to action and product education.

The result

10,000+ interactions with only 20% from ad spend. We made the brand present, built a genuine community around it, and turned a feed that struggled to convert into one that drives clicks, sales and belonging.
